At Moving Kilos Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may return eligible item(s) (excluding sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition

  • Free from stains, odours, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected, and return shipping costs will remain the customer’s responsibility.

RETURN FORM (IMPORTANT)

All returns must include a completed Moving Kilos Returns Form.

  • Please print and complete the form and include it inside your return package

  • Returns sent without the form may experience delays or may not be processed

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@movingkilos.com

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Complete and include the Returns Form

  4. Send your item using a tracked & signed service

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Funds are returned to your original payment method

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@movingkilos.com

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We only cover return costs if the item is faulty or incorrect

PRE-ORDER POLICY

All pre-order items are made-to-order and final sale.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

To report an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit

RETURNED PACKAGES

If your order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery

  • Refusal

You will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If there is an issue, contact us immediately with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Your order number

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To change size or colour:

  1. Return your item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
