At MOVING KILOS LTD, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can return eligible item(s) (excluding sale items) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition (free from stains, odors, or damage).
- Items that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note: MOVING KILOS LTD is not responsible for any postage costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

For secure delivery, we recommend using a tracked and signed-for service (e.g., Royal Mail Recorded Delivery).
If your refund is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@movingkilos.com.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
All pre-order items are made-to-order and are final sale. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds on these items unless:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue.
To report a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@movingkilos.com, providing:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the defect
If verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, the customer must cover the reshipping cost. Refunds will not be provided for returned packages.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return your item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:
