When will I receive my refund?
We understand waiting for a refund can be frustrating.
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 14 days. After processing, refunds typically take 5–7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please allow up to 21 days in total from the date your return is sent back to us.
If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us and we’ll look into it immediately.
I’m a UK customer have you received my return?
Returns usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to arrive back at our warehouse.
Once your return is received and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Any approved refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
If your return hasn’t reached us after this timeframe, please contact us with your proof of postage so we can assist you.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Your estimated delivery date is included in your Order Confirmation email.
Please allow until this date for your order to arrive.
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery date:

How do I return an item?
To return an item:

Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
Returns outside this period may not be accepted.
How will my refund be issued?
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We are unable to refund to a different payment method.
What items are non-returnable?
