SHIPPING OPTIONS

The delivery options for a Moving Kilos product can be found On the Product Description and options can be selected while processing your order and checkout. We will be Shipping our Products from our Office. Most orders are delivered between Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (however some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later). If you order multiple items with different dispatch times, your order may be consolidated, and those products will arrive together, however we will confirm this via email and if there is a delay. We can't guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.

DELIVERY TO: UK- Free Delivery on orders over 100GBP. Delivered within 2-3 working days.

- Standard delivery priced at 3.99 GBP.

Order before 4pm GMT Monday-Friday or before 2pm GMT on Sunday.

 - Next day delivery priced at 5.99 GBP.

Order before 4pm GMT Monday-Friday or before 2pm on Sunday for the delivery the next day.

Orders that are placed after 4pm on Friday up until 2pm on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

The working days are Monday-Saturday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays using this service.

Products that are out of stock or made bespoke to order may take up to 2-3 weeks. We will contact you via email/social media/phone to keep you updated.

-International delivery tracked and signed priced at £9.99.

Delivered within 4-7 working days.

-Express delivery priced at £14.99.

Delivered within 2-3 working days.

Order must be placed before 4pm GMT / 5pm CET.

The Working days are Monday-Friday and exclude Bank holidays.

The shipping import fee or order total will not include customs and duties which will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, depending on the order value of the shipment.
