RETURNS

You can return any item(s) back (excluding any sales items) within 14 days for a refund or 28 days for an exchange. When the item is returned to us it must be in a resalable condition or it will not be acceptable for a refund and you will be contacted.

Returns must adhere to the following:

-In original packaging

-No signs of wash/wear

-Tags must not be damaged or removed

-No stains/hairs/odours

-Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above. You will be responsible for covering the costs of the item being returned.

Moving Kilos will not be responsible for any postage costs when returning an item back unless you are sending us back a faulty item.

If we have resulted to refund your money back, please allow a 4-6 working days for the money to appear on your bank statement.

When sending back items, we recommend using a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail recorded Delivery)
